Terms of Service

By accessing or purchasing from ABEOYE (abeoye.com / abeoye.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

To place an order, you must create an account with a valid email address and verify it via OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

ABEOYE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Product images are as accurate as possible; however, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen calibration. We make no guarantee of exact colour match.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected reselling or bulk purchasing without prior agreement.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch — in which case a full refund will be issued.

In the event of a pricing error on our site, we are not obligated to honour the incorrect price and will notify you of the correct price before proceeding.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). COD orders may require a phone verification.

For online payments, you will be redirected to Razorpay's secure gateway. We do not store card details on our servers.

ABEOYE gift cards are prepaid codes, purchased from ₹5 to ₹30,000, delivered by email and redeemable only on abeoye.com. Current denominations are ₹500, ₹1,000, ₹2,000, and ₹5,000, with more denominations and designs added over time. Some gift card designs may be offered at a discount to their card value (e.g. a ₹1,000 card sold for ₹900) — the discount applies only to the purchase price; the recipient still receives the full card value as store credit.

We also offer small ₹10–₹100 “Trial” cards — these exist purely so you can test the full purchase-and-redeem flow yourself before buying or sending a larger card. They work exactly like any other gift card and are subject to the same terms below.

• A gift card code must be redeemed to a registered ABEOYE account before its value can be spent — redemption adds the full value to the account's store credit in a single, one-time credit
• Store credit has no expiry and can be spent fully or partially across any number of future orders
• Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and — where sold at a discount — are final sale
• ABEOYE is not responsible for gift card codes that are lost, stolen, or redeemed by someone other than the intended recipient
• ABEOYE reserves the right to void any gift card obtained fraudulently or in violation of these terms

Registered customers get a unique referral code and link from their account. When someone signs up through it and their first qualifying order (subject to a minimum order value) is delivered, both the referrer and the new customer receive store credit automatically — current reward amounts are shown on your account's Referrals page and may change from time to time.

Separately, customers may earn loyalty cashback as a percentage of eligible order value, credited as store credit once an order is delivered. Cashback rates and caps are shown at checkout and on your account page and may change from time to time.

• Only a referee's first qualifying order counts — the reward is credited once per referred account, ever
• Rewards are credited once an order is delivered, not at signup or payment, and are reversed if that order is later cancelled or refunded
• Store credit earned this way is subject to the same terms as gift card store credit above — no expiry, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash
• ABEOYE reserves the right to void any referral or cashback credit obtained fraudulently or in violation of these terms, and to modify, pause, or discontinue either program — including reward amounts — at any time

All content on abeoye.com — including brand name, logo, product designs, images, and copy — is the intellectual property of ABEOYE and protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Resell ABEOYE products without prior written consent
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders
• Reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our designs or products

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, ABEOYE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
