Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

• Metro cities (Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days
• Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.

We ship via Delhivery and Xpressbees, chosen for their reliability across India. The courier partner is assigned based on your delivery pincode and availability.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order any time from your account under My Orders.

COD is available on orders up to ₹5,000. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and make payment. Failed COD deliveries due to unavailability may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please do not accept the package if visibly tampered with. If you notice damage after opening, email us at hello@abeoye.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
