Our Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery — no questions asked, as long as items meet the conditions below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging (if applicable)
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items (marked as “Final Sale”)
  • Items purchased with a coupon offering more than 30% discount
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through customer misuse or negligence

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Go to My Account → Orders, open the delivered order, and tap Request Return at the bottom of the order detail page.
  2. Select your return reason and, if relevant, attach photos of the item (required for defect claims)
  3. Choose your preferred refund method — Store Credit or original payment method (where eligible)
  4. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and approve or contact you if additional information is needed
  5. Ship the item back using a trackable courier once approved. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective
  6. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we sincerely apologise. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a free return pickup and offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Online payments (Razorpay): Refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI) within 7–10 business days. You will need to provide your bank/UPI details

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed. Bank processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item (subject to our return conditions) and place a new order.
