Our Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery — no questions asked, as long as items meet the conditions below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging (if applicable)
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items (marked as “Final Sale”)
- Items purchased with a coupon offering more than 30% discount
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through customer misuse or negligence
How to Initiate a Return
- Go to My Account → Orders, open the delivered order, and tap Request Return at the bottom of the order detail page.
- Select your return reason and, if relevant, attach photos of the item (required for defect claims)
- Choose your preferred refund method — Store Credit or original payment method (where eligible)
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and approve or contact you if additional information is needed
- Ship the item back using a trackable courier once approved. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we sincerely apologise. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a free return pickup and offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and approved:
- Online payments (Razorpay): Refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI) within 7–10 business days. You will need to provide your bank/UPI details
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed. Bank processing times may vary.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item (subject to our return conditions) and place a new order.
